
About Us
Fitness Coach Angel Avillanoza-Johnson (Mom of two Amazing Twins & Wife to Marc B. Johnson), a graduate of the University of Houston-Main Campus, believes that everyone can become the"Best Versions of Themselves" by small behavioral changes to lifestyle habits, one step at a time, one day at a time, one moment at a time.
Angel first became interested in Health and Fitness in college, when being faced with the challenges of getting older, and trying not to gain the oh-so unwanted Freshman 15.
She became more and more interested in what fuels her body best.
Therefore, graduated with a Bachelor's in Health and Science, majoring in Kinesiology, and obtained a minor in Nutrition. Through the learning of this degree path, Angel became more and more intrigued by how much being healthy could affect one's life. "Healthy", means feeling good about one's self, inside, outside, medical stance, mental state, emotional well being, and last but not least physical health.
After graduating, she needed more knowledge about being able to help individuals miraculously change their outlook on life, more so change their life. She went on to obtain her Personal Training & Nutrition Coach Certification from NASM, as well as her Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certificate, and a few other specializations related to Health, Fitness, Nutrition, and Wellness. Also, after coaching High School Track, wanted to get more in tune with what helps create the best athlete, then obtained the Strength and Conditioning Certificate through ASAC.
She wanted to pass on all the knowledge learned, to anyone she could help feel the best that they could feel when it came to their health & well-being, inside and out. Angel strives to help individuals feel as if they have reached a new level within themselves. She does not preach, that a specific weight is healthy, or a toned look, or being big and buff or skinny, but that being healthy is learning your weaknesses and conquering them, strengthening past those weaknesses, through Fitness and Wellness. Being healthy is the key to long and fullfilling & most of all HAPPY life because it is the root of your happiness and how long you enjoy that happiness. Fitness isn't being skinny, Fitness isn't about being strong, Fitness is not looking good. Fitness IS, feeling the best you can feel about yourself, inside and out, knowing you can, and will, live a long-lasting life.

PERSONAL TRAINING
As a Personal Trainer, Together you and I will learn about the trends specific to you and your body. I will help you learn what is best for you personally, by training the body.
I will put together a series of work outs, week after week, evaluate and reevaluate your fitness level, to reach the goals important to you. Whether that goal is losing weight, getting strong, being faster, getting bigger, strength and condition, whatever it might be, I want to help you believe and show you that, YOU CAN ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS. With a little help from me, Angel Avillanoza-Johnson, as your Fitness Coach, I will individualize a plan just for you!
GROUP TRAINING
Fitness and Training can be hard at times, that is for sure. Training alone isn't always fun. Well, why not invite like-minded individuals together, to help each other a achieve their goals.
Training with a group can help motivate you when you can't motivate yourself, or motivation from you coach alone, just isn't enough. Friends and family always make things more enjoyable.
In Group Training, not only is building relations important, being apart of a team, a group, a family, can be the greatest motivation to become the best versions of yourself!
